Since good corporate governance is the most important factor to reflect the efficient, transparent and accountable management, to create added value and to contribute the sustainable growth of the Company, the Board has established Good Corporate Governance Policy and Business Code of Conduct in written form so that directors, executives and employees can rely as a way to perform their duties; and has stipulated that the directors, the executives and all employees acknowledge, understand and strictly comply with policies and procedures set forth in the manual of the Corporate Governance Policy and the Business Code of Conduct. The Board also encourages the dissemination of corporate governance culture in various forms for awareness at all levels through several channels such as e-mail, intranet and the Company’s website.

The Board of Directors is committed to enhance the corporate governance of the Company to be excellent practice, thereby creating confidence to shareholders, investors and all concerned parties.
